Our director Dr.D.S.Kumar served in USA for more than decade in building communities and he is an excellent strategic planner. He is leading the strategy and operation for Nellai Estates.  He wants to create more situational leaders to serve the communities. One of his primary visions is to help the community in real estates by bringing more Return on Investments. He wants to build a community equivalent to developed countries and provide more investment options for the community to grow economically and enjoy their life as well.

Our director P.R.Rammohan resides in USA and his focus is global marketing & sales. He has more than a decade experience in property development & management and he is serving our global customers in USA, Canada, Singapore, London and Europe.

Our director D.C.Stephen is focusing on marketing & sales and he is serving our customers in India. He has more than two decades of experience in real estate market and serving customers with their dream.

Our director Dr.D.Gnanadurai is a participant leader and he is focusing on customer relations. He is serving the community for more than two decades in various real estate investment options.

Our director A.C.Beryl is a dynamic leader and she is focusing on IPP (Investment Protection Plan) to protect the investments for our clients. She is an excellent strategy planner and she played a major role in Singapore real estate market.

Our director D.C.Kamaraj is a real estate guru and he is focusing on property development & management. He has more than a decade experience in real estate market and he developed a CVM (Customer Value Methodology) methodology to identify the right property with legal title deed. CVM has six phases and he will be performing different activities in each of these phases to avoid all the legal issues. He has an attorney in his team for legal advice and his methodology is the secret for our success.
