I am a software Engineer working and living in Bangalore for the last 10 years. Investing my hard earned money in Real Estate in Chennai and Bangalore for a middle class guy like me
is impossible. Moreover I am seeing lot of news about Land grabbing and other real estate scams in Metro Cities. So I was very skeptical
about investing my money in big cities. So I have decided to invest in tier-2 or upcoming cities. Then I found that, some IT parks are
coming up near Tirunelveli. I have enquired about this with my friends and relatives and they said Thirunelveli is the right place
for investment. When I was browsing the internet, I found about Nellai Estate’s website and got all the details. One day I called
Nellai Estates and I told them that I was coming to Tirunelveli to see their projects. They picked me up from my Hotel and showed their
Silicon Valley project site near Gangaikondan. I was shocked to see their project size and their unique township planning. Their
Investment specialist showed the project and explained about their features and their Investment Protection Plan (IPP). This plan gave
me lot of courage and peace of mind. During my stay in Tirunelveli, I visited few other properties near by places but every one is
dealing with the brokers and their approach is wrong. Other good thing about Nellai Estate is, this is the only private limited
company in southern part of Tamil Nadu dealing with this kind of projects and they are standing out from rest of the companies in all
aspect. But at the same time I was not able to make a decision and I informed them that I would call them back after I have reached
Bangalore. After a week I called and told them that I wanted to buy 20 Plots but they offered me only 10 Plots. The reason they are
saying is they want to give equal opportunity to everybody who wants to invest. I strongly recommend everybody to invest in this
